Warm up with Janie's Scone Recipe


On a cold winter's day, what better treat than Janie’s Disaster Free Scones? There is no way this comes out bad!


Mix 4 cups of self raising flour with 1 can of fizzy lemonade

and a 300ml bottle of cream.

Turn it out onto a floured board and shape it into scones.

Bake for 12 minutes at 200 deg C.
